a lil bit about me
I'm Daniel Scott Davies, a Video Editor, Gameplay Capture Artist, and Motion Designer based in the United Kingdom (Wales). I am very proud of my journey to get to where I am today, where I returned to higher education at 26 to pursue my lifelong dream of working in this incredible industry. Through freelancing and a lot of one-off gigs, I built my reputation and skill set. At my previous employer, Zygo Media, I contributed to reaching an astonishing milestone of 4.2 billion views across their (and their clients) social channels (my contribution to this was roughly . For the previous year, I have been part of a small but incredibly talented creative services team at Dovetail Games, where I have had to adapt to the fast paced and ever changing landscape that is the Games Industry. My passion for games, and experience in pre-production, post-production, and on-set filming/photography has allowed me to constantly challenge myself creatively. I also have a wealth of experience with photography, videography, image editing and even conducting interviews!
